If you submit a project brief, we process the information you enter: name, company (optional), email address, your project description and the option selections you make.

We do not require a budget figure and we do not ask for special categories of personal data.

To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal or contract. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and where a contract follows, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for as long as required by applicable accounting and statutory obligations.
